If nothing is worth building yet, we tell you that too.
02.PILOT
A scoped build against the one number the Diagnostic identified. Two to four weeks. The goal isn't a demo — it's proof the outcome moves, on your data, before either of us commits to the full build.
03.BUILD
The pilot becomes a production system: the edge cases, the monitoring, the parts that don't show up in a proof of concept but decide whether it survives contact with your actual workflow. Eight to twelve weeks.
04.SCALE
Once it's in production, someone has to own it. We can help with retraining, drift, or the next workflow it should expand into. We stay on as that person instead of handing you a system and disappearing.
